We accept payment by Paypal, which is safe and easy to use. You will need to register at www.paypal.co.uk. If you would prefer to send us a cheque or pay by bank transfer, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further information.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date. If you are ordering from Europe, America or Asia your delivery will take a little longer.
We are currently offering free postage and packaging to mainland UK addresses. If you live outside the UK, please contact us for delivery charges. All charges will be at cost.
All our products are hand made designs and we hope that you fall in love with them. However, if for any reason you do not you may send them back in the original packaging with in 14 days, for an exchange or refund.
